I wanted to fill everyone in on the latest regarding the spaghetti
dinner. As previously discussed, it is on April 25th from 4pm to 7pm at
the EMA building. The attached flyer provides all the details. We are
asking the managers/coaches to please distribute this flyer to each of
the players on their roster and anywhere else they are willing. While a
number of items have been acquired for the raffles, we still need more.
If anyone is in the position to ask for such a donation, it would be
appreciated.
We are in need of volunteers to help with setup, serving, raffle sales,
cleanup, delivery etc. .. We are requesting volunteers for 1hr work
blocks with 15 people (minimum) needed each hour. If you are willing to
do so, please email me with the time you are able to work as follows:
Setup - Friday night the 24th (6-7 or 7-8 or anything close)
25th:
Final Prep : 3 pm - 4 pm
4 pm - 5 pm
5 pm - 6 pm
6 pm - 7 pm
Cleanup : 7 pm - done
